First responders took the crew members from the Amazon MGM Studios. Both vehicles allegedly flipped over and ended up off the road.

Freak Accident on Film Set
An Amazon MGM Studios spokesperson said,
“Unfortunately, the sequence did not go as planned and several members of the crew were injured as a result. We are still in the process of gathering facts on what happened and why, but first and foremost our thoughts are with those who are recovering,”
They are not sure whether the accident was due to human error at this time. During this challenging time, the production team has expressed concern and support for the injured.
