Baby Blue is off house arrest.

This development takes place a month after the rapper was released from prison last month.

Taking to social media, Pretty Ricky‘s Baby Blue – real name Diamond Smith – makes the announcement.

As you may recall, BB, who appears on Love  Hip Hop: Miami, pleaded guilty to his participation in a fraudulent loan application scheme.

In that case, over 79 loan applications are filed seeking more than $24 million in forgivable PPP loans.

While the funds were supposed to be used in connection with the relief of COVID issues, Baby Blue used the loan proceeds to make “luxury purchases”.

Included in the purchases is a $96,000 Ferrari.

Originally the UK rapper/vocalist receives a 20-month sentence.

But, after serving just one year of his time, the rapper is enjoying his early release from prison last month.

Initially, he was on house arrest.

However, now it is reported that he is no longer on that restriction.

This is what he has to say about his current state, via Instagram –

“Just cut em off … If they was in your circle and ain’t hold you down when you was going thru it… If they aint hold you down when you needed to be picked up… Cut em off like I just cut off this ankle monitor! … #BiggMoneyBlue back in Motion!”
