Assailants Target Rapper Drake’s Home And Bodyguard. Rapper Drake, one of the biggest names in the music industry, recently experienced two crimes at his home in Toronto, Canada. At this time, it is unknown whether Drake was the intended target. But his bodyguard was allegedly shot and seriously wounded. Then, someone tried to break into Drake’s mansion allegedly.

Drake’s Home Attacked by Assailants

Police are investigating a shooting at Drake’s mansion which occurred on Tuesday. According to AP News, authorities did not confirm whether Drake was home at the time of the alleged shooting.

However, the bodyguard is allegedly still hospitalized. This incident shocked a lot of Drake’s fans. Some allege these incidents happened because of the ongoing feud with Kendrick Lamar.

However, no evidence substantiates whether the rap beef is connected to either incident. In the second incident, Toronto police were called to Drake’s home around 2 p.m. on Wednesday.

One assailant was allegedly apprehended. According to a report by USA Today, the assailant was not arrested because of the Ontario Mental Health Act, so the incident was not treated as a crime.

After a physician evaluated the assailant. It was allegedly determined that the individual was suffering from an alleged mental disorder.

That should clarify any theories of the incident being related to rap beef.
