It all started innocently enough with 6ix9ine, also known as Tekashi 69, deciding to enjoy a night out.
While at one of the hottest strip clubs in town, an alleged incident took place.
6ix9ine was in an altercation where a bottle hit a woman.
The woman claimed it was Daniel Hernandez who hit Alexis Salaberrios in the head.
The case reached a verdict because sufficient evidence proved Salaberrio’s claims.
As a result, Salaberrios was awarded $9.8 million because 6ix9ine did not attend the hearing.
According to XXL Mag, 6ix9ine failed to appear in court on November 15th.
So, Judge Robert T. Watson issued the judgment in favor of the plaintiff.
He now has 10 days to disclose his finances to the court.
