Why Did CyHi da Prynce Come For Joe Budden?
CyHi Dissed Joe Budden. Apparently, Cydel” CyHi The Prynce” Young created a diss song. And, Budden was mentioned in his lyrics. This all took place on Sway’s Universe Podcast.
Young was a guest. When he started freestyling it was all about Budden. He said, “Joe Budden, why you got so much hate in your heart / They gon let you fuck around make hating an art,”

Apparently, the two rappers’ beef goes all way back to 2019, as reported by Complex. It was Budden who issued a challenge to Young. However, nothing ever materialized.
In other words, Young did not respond to a battle with Budden. Budden shared this on his Podcast,
“CyHi don’t want no fucking Joe Budden smoke. When Joe get some time and if he put a record out, that would be the end of him.” He continued, “This podcast will take a two-month break and I will put CyHi’s ass in the ground off of retirement.”
Wow, here I was thinking this was some new beef. Clearly, both men have no love between them. However, it would be interesting to see if Budden and Young go head-to-head in a Verzuz.
Of course, that may never happen. The unfriendly banter between Budden and Young went on. As usual, Budden fired shots back at Young. So, it seems this beef has no end in sight.
By the way, Young’s rap name may sound familiar. He was once down with Kanye West. In fact, Young appeared on West’s album, “My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy” (2010).
