The Details of The Case
The minor child was given alcoholic beverages blended with a cocktail of drugs that her body could scarcely handle. She passed out. T.S. woke up to Noak’s semen on her chest, scarf, neck, and face including on and around her swollen mouth according to forensic DNA testing which confirmed the bodily fluid as belonging to Noak.
She was stirred awake by Noak’s fingers down her throat in an attempt to gag her, perhaps out of fear that she would die from the hard drinks and drugs that caused her to slip into unconsciousness. He returned the child to her mother begging Ms. Orocho (the mother) not to call the police.
Noak was brought up on 4 new charges, 7 charges in total. The two charges related to sexual battery were dropped. A total of 5 charges remain, including the four new charges.
Noak returns to court this Friday to face the charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. According to police reports Noak gave the minor alcohol and other intoxicants. He eventually exposed himself to her and pulled her face into his private parts.
According to the police report, rape kit, and forensic testing, the child was a virgin before and after the assault. T.S. never reported an anal nor vaginal assault. The four new changes are L&L charges (Lewd and Lascivious):
2 counts of Lewd and Lascivious molestation of a minor child between the ages of 12-16, 1 count of lewd and lascivious conduct with a minor child under 16, and 1 count of lewd and lascivious exhibition in the presence of a minor child under 16.
